WA kids in early intervention  is important for children because is important in their earliest years, children can learn so many things simply through playing, exploring and reading  with you. Is never to early to give a child a lifelong love of learning.

if i had three wishes to change children and families

i would love three wishes to change children and families. well mine will be short and simple but very so true. my first wish would be to talk to children more about the religions  that families have so they can understand when a children is celebrating a holiday and the other children doesn't and like that children who don't celebrate will understand why! I've seen it a lot working with children and it just breaks my heart. My second wish would be having meetings with parents often to see how the children are doing at home and at school that will only bring families closer to a better life for the children. Third wish is to always have free services for families and children in need and see them happy all the time not not have to worrie anymore.

To apply for a childcare job you would have to first have a clear background check, a TB tests CPR card HIV training card, Blood Borne Pathegons, 30hrs Stars and have a Merit account set up.You have to be prepare and have the best education in childcare because we want to give the best education to children so they can be successful in life.

The Infant/toddler enviorment rating Scale-Revised through out revision of the ITERS designers to access group program for children from birth to 2 1/2yrs of age total scale consist of 39items .protection of their health and safety.Building positive relationships Oppotunities for stimulation and learning from experience.
In order to provide care and education that will permit children to experience a high quality of life while helping them develop their abilities, a quality program must provide for the three basic needs all children have.I thinks is great information what ITERS have to offer for children's and parents.

In the beginning

Depends on how big your center will be the classes you are going to have and material you will need for the Teachers. then you will look in to how much tables, chairs and cubies you will need. You will need a program that implement a curriculum for each age group, that is consistent with goals for children and promotes learning and development in areas like Social, Emotional, Physical, language and cognitive. For assessment you will need materials such as Observation, Checklist and Rating Scales, Math, Science and other and also to monitor their progress.         

Becoming an Administrator

WOW! The first i am going to say about the Training is that, I respect every Director that haves a Center i can't believe just how much they have to go through to open a center or have a center running i always thought that it was an easy process, but i was wrong. Its important for us to be mentally prepared to open a Center and make sure that we have all the tools and information we need  to be a Director it was an eye opener for me. I am glad i had the opportunity to attend this training.
